Provider will send the package or make it ready for personal takeover in the shortest possible time. Every order will be handled the same day or the next working day at latest. In case this will not be possible, because of the obvious reasons, the buyer will be notified before or right after order submission, but absolutely before the confirmation of the order.
The buyer has the right to return the goods in the period of 20 days after order confirmation from the provider, without any compensation. Bought goods must be undamaged and unused in the original, undamaged packaging. The buyer is however obligated to cover the cost of the delivery made when returning the goods. The buyer must notify the provider about the intention of returning in written, 12 days after order confirmation to the email address:, whereas the goods must be returned in the following 8 days. In case the package was delivered to the buyer in more than 5 days after the order confirmation (does not apply for personal takeover), the following deadlines apply: the buyer is obligated to notify the provider regarding the return in 7 days after receiving the goods and return the goods in the following 8 days.
